You contribute to the development plants around the world by leading the setup of plants or the transfer of production from one site to another. You are responsible to deliver a production setup ready to produce our products according to high quality standards and in a timely and controlled way. 


  • Define and scope each new setup / transfer project with a clear identification of stakeholders and deliverables 
  • Lead a cross-functional team comprising manufacturing processes engineers, purchasing & sub-contractors, supply chain specialists and quality engineers; 
  • Prepare plans and execute them in order to qualify new production sites abroad 
  • Define and implement within the plants the necessary processes to guarantee: 
    • the availability of components and resources 
    • the availability of tools and equipment 
    • the high-quality of the products delivered 
  • Drive troubleshooting and crisis situations to get the production back on track when needed 
  • Perform the risks analysis & reporting, define and follow mitigation actions 
  • Define and follow KPIs’ for each production site (cost, lead time and stock level, …) 


  • A master’s degree in engineering: microtechnology, mechanics or electronics 
  • More than 5 years of experience in project management with contract manufacturing is a real plus 
  • Able to work in French and English (C2 level required) 
  • Hands-on project manager who likes to get things done 
  • Excellent communicator, capable to work in a multicultural environment 
  • Structured, rigorous and analytical approach 
  • Ready to travel
